ABOUT JYC
JUIT Youth Club (JYC) is the hub of enthusiasm and growth, expanding students' horizons beyond academics into sports, literature, culture, and technology. It fosters self-expression, recognition, and integration while building teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. By organizing events and extracurricular activities, JYC provides a refreshing break from academic pressures, instilling confidence and a sense of achievement in students.
How a student
becomes a member?
Membership Eligibility and Structure
- General Body Members: Students in their 1st and 2nd year can join as general members.
- Coordinators and Mentors: Students in their 3rd and 4th year act as coordinators and mentors, guiding events and activities.
Joining Process
- Form Submission: Interested students must fill out a form
- Interview: A brief interview follows to assess the suitability of the candidates.
- Club Participation: Each student can join 2 clubs and 1 committee for holistic development.
Contributions and Support
- Annual Contribution: Students contribute Rs 1200/- annually to support JYC activities.
- Institutional Support: JUIT may occasionally provide additional support based on requirements.

Dr. Naveen Jaglan
Dr. Naveen Jaglan has been working in Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) since March 2017. He obtained B.Tech (Hons.) and M.Tech (Hons.) degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India in 2009 and 2011 respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. dissertation entitled “Design and Development of Microstrip Antennas integrated with Electromagnetic Band Gap structures” from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Sec-62, Noida, U.P., India in June 2017.
